Executive Summary
He started his career 2001 as an Electronic engineer in the telecommunications industry, working in both the UK and South Africa. He worked in positions ranging from software development engineer to GSM project management engineer.
In 2006 he joined on of the large bank serving initially as a project manager in their IT Security business unit, and then as a programme manager for an ICT company in their Banking and Community banking IT projects.
In 2008 he joined a consulting firm where he has been involved in public sector projects including the running of a various programme management.
Currently he is providing programme assurance services to an FMCG company. The programme includes the design and implementation of a Global SAP solution for South Africa, Europe, Latin America as well as Africa & Asia over a 4 year period. Responsibilities here include providing advisory services to the client with regards to the development, implementation and verification of best practice project management structures, processes and governance frameworks. This also includes research and development for the programme assurance methodologies and tools applied.
This IE has been involved in engineering and project management for more than 8 years serving both the private and the public sector, and has gained experience in various industries including Telecommunications, IT development, SAP , Banking and Transport.
