Background
- Mindcor Group consists of five different companies; Mindcor Search and Selection, Mindcor Consulting, Mindcor Interim Executive Solutions, Mindcor London and Integrated Selling Strategies. In common is a provision of client-centric solutions that are based on human capital.
- The group was founded by Mindcor Search and Selection 12 years ago and this formed the platform from which the group has grown. Mindcor's initial entry into consulting was based on the value experienced by providing a holistic talent solution rather than a placement alone. The establishment of Consulting was closely followed by Interim Executive Solutions. The London office provided the group with an important conduit to allow South African talent to return home, as well as allowing us to offer our unique talent solutions to a broader client base.
