Unlike a recruitment agency we are not really interested in a high volume business or just a physical "placement", we offer a full consulting service that starts when we help a client to define their needs, all the way through to the support that is required (by both the candidate and their new team) to ensure a successful onboarding, this full range service requires a great deal of specialist knowledge.
